  I went tonight to get two free extra value meals. I was treated with disrespect and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. They were gawking at me and laughing, for workers under a security camera. While I was waiting a lady dining returned her sandwich that was prepared wrong. Then a young man I been knowing since he was about 10 came. They forget two things from his order. While I'm waiting on my food. I had asked for fresh fries & fish sandwich, when I first placed my order. I asked for food to go but it was served on a tray. The lady begin to talk junk to me right away and loudly. The shift manager said she would deal with her later. Even after giving me the food the fries & fish weren't hot, only the chicken was hot. But the lettuce on chicken look like it needed to go in trash. It was slimy! I went to my car and drove to second window, to tell her these fries are still not fresh. She wanted to insist they were. However she said pull up and I will bring them out to you. Instead I came inside and waited on the fries. Trust me when she gave them to me this time they were fresh and hot. I highly recommend you to bypass this business. It's sad that all these low reviews are on this particular store and the owner is allowing this behavior and service to the community. It is not safe and I wonder who's screening these low life's !!! Also the 4&5 reviews are probably from family, friends and employees !

  Always a line no matter what time of day. Too many employees always seem to be running over each other and more focus on the conversations they are having than waiting on customers. Even with new management, still doesn't seem to have increased the productivity of the crew. Food is OK. It's McDonald's. Really can't go wrong there, but really need to work on customer service issues.
