  Newly remodeled and looking much better, but food quality hasn't changed. Food is usually cold or has been sitting a long time. Let's face it, BK is not doing well. Unless they make major changes to keep up they are not going to make it much longer.

  I don't even want to give this place one star! I've given them too many chances. It always takes at least 20 minutes to get my food from the drive thru. There is always a problem. I stopped in tonight and had 1 car in front of me. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting on a Jr wopper , chicken sandwich and a fry. I asked the little guy at the window what was taking so long and he said we were waiting on fries..I know it doesn't take 25 minutes to deep fry fries!! I had hoped since the remodel things would get better but it hasn't. They need to consider a new manager or shut the place down!

  Disgusting ALWAYS COLD FOOD!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! !!! Been dealing with this for a long time maybe thinking the remodeling would spark things up but absolutely NOT!!!
